Any violation of this Code of Conduct, or failure to follow its guidelines, must be reported immediately to Internal Affairs (IA). Prompt reporting helps protect the integrity of the agency and ensures issues are handled fairly and efficiently. See something, say something — accountability is everyone's responsibility within SIA.
1. Respect for All Members
- Every member, visitor, ally, and guest should be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism at all times. SIA is built on teamwork and mutual respect.
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, toxic behaviour, or any form of disrespectful conduct is not accepted under any circumstances.
- Instructions from higher ranks must be followed respectfully, with a positive attitude and without unnecessary delay. If something is unclear, members should ask respectfully rather than ignore or challenge instructions publicly.
- Differences in opinion must always be handled calmly and privately when needed.

- Maintain professionalism while on duty.
- Avoid disruptive behaviour such as trolling, spamming, or flooding the base.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully at all times.

14. Leadership Philosophy
SIA is built on fairness, opportunity, and respect. Every member deserves a chance to grow — rank does not define value, effort and attitude matter most.
Leadership must ensure fairness, development, and opportunity while maintaining structure. The goal is growth, not just punishment.

- Activity is checked once per hour if inactive.
- Members have 60 seconds to respond.

- Pay is tracked via the SIA Pay Duck system.
- Only active station work counts.
