The Elite Unit is a select group within SIA, chosen only by Foundation members. Entry is based on trust, creativity, and overall contribution. Members can be selected from any rank within the agency and are expected to support the future direction and development of SIA.

Elite Unit members are encouraged to bring new ideas and improvements.

Work closely with Foundation and assist with important agency matters.

The Elite Unit exists to strengthen SIA’s structure, growth, and future planning.

Elite Expectations: Members are expected to take initiative, think creatively, and contribute beyond normal expectations.
Responsibilities & Duties
Base Development
Assist with planning and creating new bases.
Moderation
Support moderation and maintain professionalism inside base.
Running SUs
Host and manage SUs when required.
Founder Assistance
Act as representatives and directly assist founders.
Promotion Support
Promote on behalf of Foundation and support visibility.
Agency Improvements
Share ideas and contribute to agency-wide projects.

Points System
Weekly Activity — Members can earn up to +5 points weekly for activity, idea contribution, and general involvement.
Additional Points — Extra points may be awarded for major contributions, assisting with large projects, and supporting significant agency changes.
