Overview
From quick daily games to large-scale monthly events, your role is to keep the community active and entertained. The Events Team is split into two main areas:
- Hosts — Run games and activities to maintain daily engagement and activity.
- Event Planners — Organise larger monthly events and featured community experiences.
Team focus: Consistency, creativity, and energy are essential for building a stronger and more active community.
Hosts
Hosts are responsible for running regular games and maintaining activity levels throughout the agency.
- Trial Period: 2 weeks.
- Hosting requirement: One round of hosting consists of a minimum of 3 games.
- Categories: Fridge Game and more (TBC).
Event Planning / Planners
Event Planners focus on larger-scale events that take place once per month. Trial Period: 1 month.
Purpose: Deliver standout experiences that bring the entire community together — mazes, EA games, celebrations, themed competitions, and special community events.

Planning Concepts
Create and organise event ideas and themes.
Building & Wiring
Build event rooms and handle event setup.
Rules & Structure
Ensure events are organised and easy to follow.
Coordination
Work with hosts and graphics teams when needed.
Execution
Ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
Points System
- Hosting — 1 round (minimum 3 games) = +1 point.
- Event Planning — 1 event planned per month = +5 points.
- Weekly bonus — Up to +5 points for activity, consistency, initiative, and overall contribution.
