Trainer Notes
If a recruit is being disruptive or disrespectful, you may issue up to three warnings before failing them.
If a recruit goes AFK, request an RR in the #requests channel on Discord.
If a recruit disconnects and does not return within 5 minutes, log the training as a FAIL, not an INCOMPLETE.
Hello, and welcome to your official Secret Intelligence Agency training session!
I hope you're doing well. My name is [Your Name], and I will be your instructor today.
During this session, you will learn the basic commands, rules, and expectations of SIA.
Please pay close attention, as there will be a test at the end of the training.
A few important notes before we begin:
If I am moving through the material too quickly, please let me know.
Please do not walk around, talk, or perform commands while I am explaining them.
If you go AFK during the training session, you will fail and be required to retake the training.
I strongly recommend taking notes, as they may help you during the test.
You will have an opportunity to ask questions after each section.
Do you have any questions before we begin?
[Answer any questions they may have.]
Let's begin by learning the basic SIA commands.
Attention (ATT) - Stand up, face the person calling it, wave, and say: "Yes Sir! / Yes Ma'am!"
Let's practice that now to see your understanding of it.
[Call each Recruit to ATT, assuring they follow protocol and correcting if they go wrong.]
Very good! Let's move on.
At Ease (AE) - Sit back down and continue what you were doing.
Fill The Front (FTF) - Go to the front desks to recruit new members.
Fill The Back (FTB) - Move to the sofas at the back of the room. AFK is permitted in this area.
Back To Base (BTB) - Return to the SIA Headquarters.
Back To Work (BTW) - Resume your duties and continue working as normal.
Clear The Halls (CTH) - Leave the hallway and occupy an available station, including FTB.
Note: CTH may only be called by members ranked 5iC or higher.
You may not use these commands until you reach the Training division or above;
however, you are required to follow them when instructed.
Do you have any questions, or would you like me to repeat any of the commands?
[Answer any questions they may have.]
Now let's review some of the basic rules of SIA.
1. Treat all members with respect, regardless of rank, gender, orientation, or beliefs.
2. Only English may be spoken inside the base. Other languages may be used in the lobby.
3. Do not ask for or hint at promotions, pay, room rights, badge admin, or similar privileges.
4. Profanity, swearing, and inappropriate language are not permitted.
5. You may only go AFK in the designated back seating area.
Do not go AFK while at a workstation, in the café, or in the lounge.
6. You may not work for any other agency while employed by SIA (Double Jobbing).
7. Never self promote yourself to a higher rank.
8. Do not use red or yellow chat unless specifically authorized.
You should read the official Code of Conduct before working at SIA,
to become familiar with all of our rules and expectations.
The Code of Conduct can be found here: habbosia.com/code-of-conduct
Failure to follow commands or rules may result in warnings or strikes.
Employees may receive up to three warnings before being dismissed.
Improved behavior may result in warnings or strikes being removed.
Do you have any questions, or would you like me to repeat any of the rules?
[Answer any questions they may have.]
We will now begin the exam portion of this training.
I will be assessing your understanding of the commands and rules covered during this training.
Good luck!
[Say !Start to send Recruits to the Test Area.]
[If a Recruit is stuck, instruct them to check over the chat history, if still unsure, gently guide them towards the correct answer.]
[Once all Recruits have teleported back from the exam area, guide them back into the cubicle and finalise.]
You have successfully passed the Secret Intelligence Agency Recruit training course!
Congratulations! please change your motto to: [SIA] Agent Recruit [YourTag]
Finally, I will briefly explain to you how SIA pay works.
SIA operates as an automatic pay agency. Filling a station for one hour earns you 2 credits (2c).
Your time is cumulative and does not reset.
For example, if you work 30 minutes today and 30 minutes tomorrow, you'll still receive 2 credits.
You can also earn additional credits through joining SU's (Special Units).
As well as participating in multiple types of events hosted in SIA.
That concludes today's training session.
Do you have any final questions?
[Answer any remaining questions.]
Let's BTB!:)
2 Security Training Operating the Frontline Security Station ▾
[Please remember to conduct all training sessions in blue chat.]
Hello, and congratulations on your promotion! I will be your training instructor today.
During this session, you will learn how to operate the Frontline Security Station (FTS).
Please do not walk around or talk while I explain the rules, procedures, and commands.
If you go AFK during this session, you will fail the training and be required to retake it.
I strongly recommend paying close attention, as there will be a practical exam at the end.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions after each section.
Any questions?
[Wait for response.]
As a Security member, your primary responsibility is to now,
prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the base.
To assist with this, SIA uses a Security Search System to verify member eligibility and status.
It is mandatory to use the Security Search System for EVERY person entering the base.
This helps prevent fired members, impersonators, and unauthorized individuals from gaining access.
Any questions regarding this?
[Wait for response.]
Now, please open your browser and navigate to: habbosia.com → Portal
Register for a Portal account if you have not already done so.
[Wait for the trainee to register and assist where needed.]
Now, enter your own username into the Security Search and tell me what result appears.
[Wait for response.]
Let's review how the Security Search works.
When you search for a user, the system will indicate whether they are:
allowed to enter the base or denied entry.
The system will provide clear guidance on how to proceed.
Do you have any questions about the Security Search?
[Answer any questions before continuing.]
We will now move on to the Security Simulator.
This simulator replicates the Security Station used within SIA Headquarters.
To begin checking the next user, use the command: " :next "
This command opens the gate and allows the next person onto the rollers.
Please try the command now.
[Allow the trainee to test the gate.]
The Security Station includes a Wired Prompt System designed to assist Security Officers.
This system provides real-time guidance based on the information displayed in the Security Search.
It will help you determine: which command to use / whether to admit or deny entry or,
any special circumstances that require attention
The primary Security commands are:
:next – Allows the next person to be checked.
:lobby – Returns a user to the lobby.
:base – Admits a user into the base.
:train – Sends a recruit to the training area.
Do you have any questions about these commands?
[Answer questions before continuing.]
When a user arrives on the rollers:
Firstly, greet them professionally.
Secondly, open their profile, ensure their profile visibility and online time are set to public.
Finally, search their username in the Security Search System.
To avoid mistakes, it is highly recommended that you copy and paste usernames directly.
This reduces the risk of typos and prevents accidentally denying legitimate members.
Occasionally, two users may become stuck on the rollers at the same time.
If this happens, politely ask one user to type: " exi.t " no dot.
This will clear the rollers and restore functionality.
Any questions before we move on?
[Wait for response and answer any questions.]
[Use Green Chat Bubble]
If the Security Search returns ALLOWED, and the user has:
The correct badge, the correct uniform and the correct motto (BUM).
You may use: " :base " to admit them into the base.
Please note: Motto abbreviations are permitted and members marked as Awaiting Badge,
may also be allowed entry when appropriate.
Always use your best judgment while following Security guidelines.
[Use Red Chat Bubble]
If a user's motto is: [SIA] Recruit you must still perform a Security Search.
Some former members may attempt to re-enter using a Recruit motto.
The Security Search will identify these cases.
If a Recruit does not have the correct: Badge / Uniform / Motto (BUM)
they should not proceed to training instead, use: " :lobby " to return them to the lobby.
Always explain the reason for the denial so the user knows what must be corrected.
Is everything understood so far?
[Wait for response.]
[Use Yellow Chat Bubble]
If a Recruit's: Badge / Uniform / Motto all match correctly (BUM) you may use: " :train "
to send them to the training area.
Please note: members from Security or Trainer divisions may request access to the training area.
After verifying them through the Security Search, you may allow them to proceed.
Is this all understood?
[Wait for response.]
[Use Blue Chat Bubble]
If a user is wearing the: SIA Special Visitor Badge / SIA VIP Badge
they should use the designated gates located in the lobby.
Use: " :lobby " to return them there.
Once the badge has been removed (if required), normal Security procedures may resume.
Do you have any questions?
[Answer any questions before continuing.]
Excellent! It is now time for your Security Assessment.
I will present a series of scenarios. Treat each scenario as a roleplay situation.
Respond exactly as you would while working at FTS,
including any commands and explanations you would provide.
Are you ready?
[Wait for response.]
[Stand on the Security Gate while presenting scenarios.]
Scenario 1
I am wearing the correct badge and uniform, and my motto says: [SIA] Recruit
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should :train you, if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 2
I am wearing the [SIA] Special Visitor badge.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should :lobby you and instruct why, if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 3
I have the correct badge and motto, but my uniform is incorrect.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should either ask you to change into the uniform or :lobby you and instruct you to seek assistance at FTF, if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 4
Everything is correct, and the Security Search shows GREEN / ALLOWED.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should welcome you back and :base you if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 5
Everything is correct, but the Security Search returns RED / FIRED.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should :lobby you and let you know that they've been fired. If they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 6
Two users are standing on the rollers and the commands are no longer functioning correctly.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - they should ask one of them to kindly exit. If they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
If the trainee struggles, provide guidance and allow them to correct their mistakes.
Do not fail a trainee for minor errors.
Only fail a trainee if they are intentionally trolling, refusing to participate, or pose a massive security risk to SIA.
Do you have any questions before we conclude?
[Answer any remaining questions.]
Congratulations! You have successfully completed Security Training.
Please continue practicing these procedures and remember to always use the Security Search System.
Well done, and good luck in your new role!
[Use: !base to return to the base.]
3 Trainer Script Qualifying members to run training sessions ▾
[Please use blue chat whilst conducting any training.]
Hello and congratulations on your promotion! I will be your training instructor today.
During this session, you will learn how to train members within SIA.
Please do not walk around or engage in conversations while I am explaining the rules and commands.
If you become idle (AFK) during this session, you will fail the training and will need to retake it at a later time.
Before we begin, please visit habbosia.com then -> Scripts -> Recruit Script.
Let me know once you have done so.
[Wait for the trainee to confirm they're on that page.]
Great, let's begin and start with the rules!
1. You should always use blue coloured chat and bold text while conducting training sessions.
2. You must complete the entire training script without skipping any sections.
3. Always ensure that you log every training session through the portal. You should already have access to a portal account.
4. Remain polite and professional throughout all training sessions.

4 Transfer Training Script Onboarding members transferring into SIA ▾
Use blue chat throughout the entire training session.
Ensure the trainee remains active and responds using white chat only.
Do not copy or paste internal trainer instructions into chat.
Verify the trainee's Discord account before concluding the training.
Log the training in the Training Log immediately after completion.
Welcome to your SIA Transfer Training.
My name is [Your Username], and I will be your trainer today.
Please do not go AFK during this training session.
If you become inactive for an extended period, the training may need to be restarted.
If at any point I am moving too quickly, please let me know.
Are you ready to begin?
[Wait for response]
Let's begin by reviewing the core rules of SIA.
Do you have any questions regarding these rules?
[Wait for response]
Now we'll review how to assist new recruits while working at FTF.
When someone enters the base and wishes to join, check their B.U.M. (Badge/Uniform/Motto)
Ask them to join and wear the SIA Main Badge.
If they are wearing an agency badge, direct them to the Transfer Desk if necessary.
Ask them to change into the recruit uniform.
Ask them to update their motto to: [SIA] Agent Recruit
Once all requirements have been completed, use: " :in "
This will send the recruit into the Security area.
Any questions regarding the recruitment process?
[Wait for response]
Now, let's move on to Basic Commands.
Please do not perform these commands while I am explaining them.
ATT – Attention - Stand, facing the caller, wave, and respond with: "Yes Sir/Ma'am!"
AE – At Ease - Sit down and resume your duties.
FTF – Fill The Front
FTB – Fill The Back (AFK Area)
BTW – Back To Work
CTH – Clear The Halls
Note: CTH can only be called by 5iC+
Would you like me to repeat any of these commands?
[Wait for response]
Now, let's run over the security protocol. When a person arrives on the rollers, use: " :next "
This will teleport them into your Security station.
Your responsibility is to verify they meet all the requirements to enter the base.
You should check the following: Correct rank in motto / correct promoter listed
Correct SIA badge worn / correct uniform worn.
We have a Security Search feature on the portal that aids in verifying members.
Open the Security Search tab -> search the members username -> verify if they're allowed in or not.
When Filling the Security, we have some commands that help us decide what to do they are:
" :base " when badge, uniform, motto, and promoter information are all correct.
" :train " for recruits or members requiring training.
" :lobby " when details are incorrect or the individual is not an SIA member.
Do you have any questions regarding Security procedures?
[Wait for response]
[NOTE: Please continue with the script below only if the transferee is part of the Training and Surveillance Division. If the transferee is not in these divisions and only within Security, move straight to the Final remarks.]
As an Instructor and HR member, you now have additional responsibilities within SIA.
These include: training new Agent Recruits / training newly promoted Security members.
Promoting members within your authorized promotion limit
Applying for and participating in Special Units.
Do you have any questions regarding these responsibilities?
[Wait for response]
To promote a member: open the portal -> select the Promote tab -> search for the member's username.
